- Accumulator
- A bet that combines multiple selections into a single wager, where all choices must win for the bet to pay out.
- Asian Handicap
- A handicap given to teams in a match to level the playing field, often eliminating the draw option and using half or quarter goal lines.
- Banker
- A selection that is considered highly likely to win, often used in combination bets to increase potential returns.
- Bankroll Management
- The practice of setting aside a specific amount of money for betting and deciding how much to wager on each bet.
- Bet Builder
- An online feature that lets you combine different markets from the same match into a single custom bet.
- Cash Out
- A feature that lets you settle a bet before the event ends, either locking in a profit or limiting a loss.
- Double Chance
- A bet that covers two of the three possible outcomes of a match (e.g., home win or draw) in one wager.
- Draw No Bet
- A bet where you win if your chosen team wins, and get your stake back if the match ends in a draw.
- Even Money
- Odds expressed as 1:1, meaning you win the same amount as your stake if the bet wins.
- Free Bet
- A promotional offer from a bookmaker that lets you place a bet without using your own money; any winnings are usually returned without the free bet stake.
- Handicap Betting
- A market where a point or goal advantage is given to one team to create balanced odds for both sides.
- In-Play Betting
- Placing bets on a match while it is already in progress, with odds that update as the game unfolds.
- Kelly Criterion
- A mathematical formula used to determine the optimal size of a bet based on the perceived edge and odds.
- Lay Bet
